Event Emcee / Vice President of The Conservancy for the Parthenon and Centennial Park
John brings 20 years of industry experience to his position. As co-founder of Music City Unsigned, a grassroots music initiative, he has worked to support, develop and promote emerging artists by providing opportunities to gain exposure and build their careers. He is deeply involved with organizations including NSAI, through which he is a member of the Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival planning committee and a judge for Bluebird Cafe auditions.
Justin joined the team in 2014 with over a decade of experience in the music industry as an artist, producer, manager, and consultant. He's the Executive Producer of the innovative iPhone Sessions series, which demonstrates the social impact that can be made with minimal resources by enlisting Nashville musicians to create albums on their smartphone to benefit local charities. He is also an active board member for Make Music Nashville, a free day-long celebration of music each year on June 21. Before joining the team, Justin worked with a nonprofit organization that provides wraparound services for East Nashville families.
Originally from Michigan, Leah moved to Nashville in 2011 after earning a BA in Music Business from Anderson University (Anderson, IN). She has most recently worked at MusiCares and Creative Artists Agency and has been a volunteer with Musicians Corner since 2012. She was also a key member of the organizing committee for the Thistle Thursdays Concert Series at the Thistle Stop Cafe, which brought together local, regional, and national acts for monthly concerts to benefit Thistle Farms and the Magdalene House Residential Program.

Evan moved to Nashville from New York City in 2010. He's a former editor at Rolling Stone and American Songwriter, and has interviewed everyone from Dave Matthews to Kris Kristofferson. He's also the co-executive producer of the 2014 album Dead Man's Town, a tribute to Bruce Springsteen's Born In The USA.
