SPEAKMUSIC: MUSIC INDUSTRY PANEL SERIES

Join us this year for a new music industry panel series, SPEAKMUSIC. This bi-monthly educational series will focus on a variety of compelling topics, feature a panel of respected music industry professionals, and host an hour of connection and networking over appetizers and beverages. The six SPEAKMUSIC events in 2019 will take place on the last Wednesday of February, April, June, August, and October, and the second Wednesday of December.

SPEAKMUSIC : Music and Mental Health

Join us for Musicians Corner's SPEAKMUSIC panel event on October 30th at Horton Events Downtown. The discussion topic for the evening will be Music and Mental Health. Come to hear panelists discuss all aspects of mental health in the music industry including life on the road, family dynamics, the pressures of the industry, and more. After the panel portion of the evening, stick around for an hour of connection and networking over drinks and appetizers.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All students must provide a valid student ID for entry at the student rate. All attendees 21+ who wish to drink must provide a valid ID.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue has a free parking lot and there is also street parking available. We encourage you to consider taking a taxi or rideshare service for safety if you plan to drink at our event.
