Josh Terry is the CEO & founder of Workshop Management and their sister divisions Workshop Projects and Workshop Songs.

Workshop Management is a full service artist management company currently representing Mayday Parade (Rise Records), I the Mighty (Equal Vision Records), Ashland (Rise Records), Grammy nominated producer Chad Copelin and songwriter Emily Kopp.

The branding division Workshop Projects specializes in connecting corporate brands & their audiences with music related projects. Recent partnerships include Ford, Southwest, Full Sail University, AirBNB, Aloft Hotels, Twix, Hilton & many others. The music licensing division Workshop Songs represents 10 curated sync specific artists in securing placement in film, TV, advertising & podcasts. Recent placements include licenses with Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, Sworn podcast, Hulu, Red Lobster as well as spots in TV shows on HBO, Showtime, Hallmark Channel, MTV, NBC, ABC, FOX and CBS.

Prior to founding Workshop Management, Terry served as Vice President for Aware Records & A-Squared Management in Chicago for 9 years. Aware Records was an independent record label operating under a joint venture deal with Columbia Records & Republic Records and helped launch the careers of John Mayer, Train, Five For Fighting, Mat Kearney & Guster among others. A-Squared Management was a boutique artist management firm who’s client roster included The Fray, Mat Kearney, A Rocket To The Moon, Motion City Soundtrack, Brandi Carlile, Jack’s Mannequin, Michelle Branch, Mae and This Providence among others. Prior to his time at Aware, he was a tour manager for artists such as Howie Day, Jump Little Children & Motion City Soundtrack.
