MUSICIANS CORNER ANNOUNCES AMERICANAFEST PARTNERSHIP AND LINEUP ANNOUNCEMENT
NASHVILLE, TN – (August 19, 2022) – Musicians Corner will host a special two-day event in partnership with AMERICANAFEST on Friday, September 16 and Saturday, September 17 as part of its September Sundown series. The free series presented by Centennial Park Conservancy, returns to Nashville’s Centennial Park this fall with events each Friday in September. All events are free for all ages and will include a variety of food trucks, craft beer, wine, and signature cocktails, local artisans, Kidsville activities, and a featured community partner.
This partnership will give the Nashville community a unique opportunity to see an AMERICANAFEST showcase for free without the need for a festival wristband or badge. The lineup includes internationally acclaimed folk artist Joe Purdy, Goya Award-winning singer/songwriter Josh Rouse, folk rockers, The Ballroom Thieves, Oh Boy Records songstress Emily Scott Robinson, and more.
Earlier this month, Musicians Corner announced its first round of artists as part of the September Sundown series lineup, spotlighting Nashville’s diverse musical landscape. In addition to the AMERICANAFEST showcase, the series will feature multi-genre performances including TikTok famous singer-songwriter STEPHEN SANCHEZ, folk songstress Erin Rae, acclaimed singer-songwriter Dylan LeBlanc, modern vocal group The Shindellas, and many others.
