We’re thrilled to announce that our Program Director, Justin Branam has been recognized by Matthew McConaughey and Wild Turkey bourbon as a “Local Legend” for his work to keep the spirit of the local music scene alive during the pandemic. He is one of five “Local Legends” identified from cities across the country, and a $10,000 donation has been made in his honor to Musicians Corner. “I’m grateful to work with a creative and hard-working group of folks, and it has truly been a team effort,” said Justin Branam. “Their $10K donation to Musicians Corner will help further our work to provide free public access to live music, while supporting the local artist community with meaningful paid gigs.”

Centennial Craft Fest, the yearly fall celebration held in Centennial Park, will return to the Musicians Corner Amphitheater on October 23 and 24 from 10 AM to 5 PM. Attendees will have the opportunity to soak in the season as they shop from a broad selection of artisan and food vendors, sip a refreshing beverage from the Oktoberfest Pub, and listen to performances by local artists on the Musicians Corner stage. Kidsville will also be on site with fall-themed activities for children.

Musicians Corner has your holiday soundtrack covered this year with Holiday Cheer, a week long virtual event featuring renditions of festive favorites and artist originals by Musicians Corner Alumni. Videos will premiere on Musicians Corner’s Facebook and YouTube channels December 1st through 7th, and will feature two performances a day at 10 AM and 2 PM. Viewers may also tune in at MusiciansCornerNashville.com, where a video stream will be embedded.

Get ready for a new virtual experience with Musicians Corner’s Sundown Series. Musicians Corner’s free fall programming will take place online in an effort to keep the Nashville community safe in light of COVID-19. This virtual series will take place on Musicians Corner’s Facebook and YouTube channels each Thursday at 8 PM in September and October, and will feature a 30 minute performance by Musicians Corner Alumni. Viewers may also tune in at MusiciansCornerNashville.com, where a video stream will be embedded.

Pause the Discman, recline the La-Z-Boy, and have a cold Crystal Pepsi, because next week Musicians Corner is taking you back to a simpler time. Tune in to our Facebook page June 21 through June 27 for Musicians Corner’s Totally Awesome 90’s Week featuring performances of classic 90’s songs by past Musicians Corner performers. Two videos will be posted daily, one at 10 AM and a second at 5 PM.

Dylan LeBlanc will not be able to perform on September 19 due to illness. We are however pleased to announce that Okey Dokey have joined the show’s lineup in his place and will headline tomorrow’s event!

Musicians Corner will return to Centennial Park this fall for its second annual September Sundown series held each Thursday evening in the month of September. Each event will feature multi-genre performances, a variety of food trucks, craft beer and signature cocktails, local artisans, and Kidsville activities.
