CENTENNIAL CRAFT FEST RETURNS TO CENTENNIAL PARK ON OCTOBER 20
Musicians Corner's parent organization, The Conservancy for the Parthenon and Centennial Park is presenting its third annual Centennial Craft Fest on Saturday, October 20 from 10 AM - 5 PM with music curated by Musicians Corner. Centennial Craft Fest celebrates the craftsmanship of local food, drinks, music, and artisans. The festival will bring over 125 vendors to Nashville’s central park for a fall celebration of our creative community.
“Nashville is home to a vibrant artistic community that extends beyond music,” said John Tumminello, Conservancy Vice President. “Centennial Craft Fest is an opportunity to showcase these talented individuals while attendees experience the tastes, sounds, and handmade goods that are being created in our city.”
Centennial Craft Fest will feature over 100 craft vendors selling a wide variety of handmade items, 20 food vendors, children’s activities, live music, and an Oktoberfest Beer Garden. The Conservancy’s Musicians Corner program has curated a lineup of local musicians that will perform throughout the event, including: Carey Ott, Robby Hecht, Kyshona, Lateral Blue, Maybe April, Baylor Wilson, and a DJ set by Drama Club.
The Conservancy's Kidsville program will present fall crafts and activities, including: mini pumpkin painting, corn play box, leaf art group project, pretend archaeology bone dig, and lawn games. Plus, free face painting from 2 - 4 PM.
Centennial Craft Fest will take place in the Musicians Corner area of Centennial Park on the corner of West End and 27th Ave N. Visit CentennialCraftFest.com for a complete list of artisans, food vendors, Kidsville activities, and a music performance schedule.
